On June 21, 2018, American Honda updated their position statement on glass usage. Southwest Collision is a ProFirst Certified collision repair center and has been granted access to these position statement updates in advance. These updates include the repair and replacement procedures of windshields and side glass in Honda vehicles. The position statements point out specific safety systems within Honda vehicles that are affected when glass is replaced and/or repaired.
