Training +Technology=The Best Collision Repair

Southwest Collision and Car Care Center believe that you can not return any vehicle back to its pre-accident condition and safety unless you use the manufacturer’s specifications. We have access to all the current data that Kia has to repair your vehicle whether it is 20 years old or the latest model year we can get the correct repair procedure.

We are thrilled to be recognized as a Kia Certified Collision Repair facility. This recognition helps to let our customers know they are dealing with highly trained professionals that care about them and will assure that their vehicle is repaired right to ensure its safety and performance.

When an accident happens, it can be hard to know who to trust with your vehicle. Our certification through Assured Performance is important to help give the people of our community peace of mind. With the complexity of today’s vehicles, it is critical to select the right repairer. We are proud to receive this official certification and these automaker recognitions, illustrating our investment and commitment to our customers.Kia Certified Collision

We’ve worked hard to stay ahead of the curve in the collision repair industry. This official recognition from Kia demonstrates that commitment to our customers. We take pride in our highly trained technicians who use the latest tools and equipment to deliver a top quality repair and the best customer service.

Kia also plugged its own repair network, the Kia Recognized Collision Repair Center program launched last year with Assured Performance.Kia genuine parts

Customers still might not have a choice outside of going out of pocket. Apparently, not many read their insurance fine print, which allows the insurer to mandate non-OEM parts.

Kia encourages drivers to ask for an insurance rider mandating non-OEM parts and to request them as well during the repair.

While not outright criticizing insurer direct repair network shops, Kia notes their existence but advises drivers to shop around and ask their dealership and family and friends for recommendations, too.
